Presidential Estates is a residential real estate firm servicing all counties & areas of Southern California. As a newly established business Presidential was missing an online presence and in need of a completely responsive, mobile-friendly website using a single-page format, with an easy-to-use gallery of work, including hosting and expert SEO services, within a WordPress environment. I was able to achieve their desired goals within 6 weeks including a gallery full of their work. This set Presidential Estates up for a profitable return from their newly established online presence.

Work Completed: Purchased domain, set up hosting, and created the company’s first website from a free, ultra-fast loading WordPress theme focused on customers’ preferences. Implemented an SSL certificate to secure the site and increase website rankings. I also set up a fresh Google Analytics integration for tracking users.
Final Result: New website design was one of the fastest website themes that I had ever built, with an average page load time of about 2 seconds.
