MotorWest Performance is a nationwide auto company who sells fuel injectors and other premium racing car parts. I was brought on as the part-time ‘Website Manager’, in charge of all changes made to the website and with the goal of first, improving website speed drastically, second, optimizing the checkout process, and last, redesign the header, navigation and footer throughout the website. As of this writing, the website speed has been optimized and its loading time is now under 2 seconds. The header redesign is almost complete and the checkout optimization is coming along nicely.

Work Completed: Began optimizing eCommerce website and checkout. Increased website speed by removing excess WordPress plugins and removing old theme plugin, replacing it with Elementor plugin.
Results so Far: Have recreated all web pages using new Elementor page builder plugin. Increased website speed.
